Help with Global Blocks

Hi Everyone,
Global blocks are ruining my life, When I make changes and save, if I go to another preset and then back again the values revert back, When I unlink a specific block it does nothing, when I remove all global blocks from preset, it deletes the entire preset and makes it blank. I know it is user error but it is acting very buggy, this started happening about a week ago when I did a reset after a FW update but today I just updated toQ2.01 and it is still doing it.
Please help.
