Help Preset Axe II to Axe III

I have convertet a preset with fractool from Axe II to Axe III but it doesnt sound as good as on my II and i cant find the problem.
Its about this Preset:

If it would, what would be the point of having a III?
Totally different machines... Meaning same parameters in amp block produce different sound

mhh yes but the blocks are exactly the same ...so i dont understand why a new product sound not as good as the old!
But i wont believe that it is so ...

They are not, II is 27 firmware versions behind!
Use AxeFx III Firmware 1.00 and you'll have better results

The Axe Fx III has been out for about 6 years.

Amp modeling has changed dramatically in that time.

Many other effects have also had significant changes.

The only reason to use FracTool in this scenario is to clone the "structure" of presets...
