Help Needed with moving a preset from Ultra to II

Hey folks!

So I started recording an album which will have about 23 songs by the time it is done!
I started on the Ultra, using this patch I created...
called WeezerDiezelRecto,
attached to the bottom of this message...
I got about 11 songs recorded for the Album, then got the Axe II...and have just sold the Ultra...
Haven't mailed it out yet, as I'm trying my hardest to match my patch from the Ultra over to the II.
The patch I've been working on the Axe II is called
Rich's Phantom Tone.

If anyone out there has both, the Ultra and the Axe II, can you please help me by taking a look at these both and trying to get the II to sound more like the Ultra?
I've matched up as much as I can, but it simply does not sound anything alike at all...the Ultra is tighter, and narrower, while the II is fatter, softer, and not as tight, and has a wider spectrum of sound.

HELP!!

I need someone to look at the two patches I posted and offer some guidance.

Generally you have to lower the Master Vol first, and also try to increase the Damp (slowly).
And then put the Triode Hardness to 0.
You can also try to lower the Presence and/or play with the Presence Freq.
And don't forget to try the Hi Cut and the XFormer Hi Freq ;-)

These are general rules for conversion from Standard/Ultra to II.
