Having trouble importing preset.

I can't seem to find any pages telling me how to do this from axe edit on the axe 2 via usb. I must be dense because i have the preset in there but no sound will come out. can some one link me to a page tell me how to do this?
 
What do you mean exactly? If you are in axe manage just right click (windows machine) and it's right there. To send it to the AXE II you can just choose audoition (also a right click. Is this what you mean?

BTW: I mean right cilck on the Preset Number(location)
 
Some of possible issues here:

1) in preset was used user IR cab
2) in preset volume switch down to 0 and controlled by pedal
