Have to reset preset when first powered on?

I recently updated my firmware and I now notice that when I first power up the Axe-FX II the sound is very thin and nasally. I swap to the next preset up and then back again and the sound is fine. Does anyone else experience this with their unit? Is it expected or do I have a problem with my unit?

I'm guessing you have a WAH block in a bypassed state, and when you initiate the unit, the WAH is now on.
It used to happen to me....but I can't remember what the fix was. (I know, not super helpful).
But at least you can check to see if the WAH is on (and you were not expecting it to be)
