GT Pro Vs Axe Edit

Using Axe Edit with GT Pro.
I have just got my new Axe Fx II Mk2 and I am blown away by this Box… Amazing.
But I have a bug or I am doing something wrong…

I am using a Ground Control Pro to change patches and scenes (took some time to work out!),
Also switching on and off individual blocks- Delay, dist, etc within a patch.

But here is the problem.- when using the "Axe Edit" program when I switch on or off a delay or any type of block from the foot controller, "Axe Edit" does not show whether it is on or not!!!!!! Ie A bent line or a straight line.

Though I can hear the patch sound change there is no graphical evidence that it has infact been switched on.

N.B Changes do however show up on the Axe Fx II box.

I'm using CC Bypass messages on the GT Pro.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Angelo.

That's normal when you use an external controller --> AE Getting Started Guide:

Q: Some changes in Axe-Edit are not shown
on my MFC-101 (or vice versa)
A: This is normal. Some changes in one system will not be shown in
real-time in the other.

Thanks for the info..... So i'm not being silly!!!!!!!!

Though It would be nice if it did show up on the editor,
reason being that we will be running an empty stage of boxes ( damned lighting man! ), Ie behind the stage with the engineers, so I was going to use the editor on a laptop just to monitor all was well.

OK back to the drawing board!

Angelo

Just use your GCP on stage. Try it in rehearsal. I think you will find all is well. If GCP doesn't work for you pick up an MFC when you can.
