Ground Control Pro Pros and Cons

Hi,

Thinking of picking up a GCP to control my axe, currently using a behringer FCB1010 whilst holding out for MFC but the limitations of the FCB are doing my head in.

For those that use a GCP, would you recommend it? Are there any gotcha's? What limitations are you finding? What is good about it?

HI, i have a GCP controlling my Axe-FX, it's the first midi controller i've used and it's pretty simple to manage (once you get used to the way the menus work).

The only limitation compared to other units for me is that it can't display what's one the Axe-FX screen on the floor controller, e.g. tuner, looper start/stop.

Oh and the switches only have 1 function, on/off they can't be pressed twice to activate something else (like on a liquid foot i believe).

Pros - relatively cheap, easy to use, can take power from the Axe-Fx in the midi cable, not too big, does everything i need it to (presets and individual effects)
