I bought Gretsch® G5700 Electromatic® Lap Steel.
My first Lap Steel so need to learn how to play and get nice
additions to music.
That plastic plate where are notes and "fret" marks was a little
bit convex so I add pair of screws and voilá it came straight.
Then I took out that metal cover on top where strings comes
through body to bridge (I don't understand generally what
purpose that metal cover is, for me it just be on the way and blocks
my hand a little bit).
My Lap Steel without that metal cover and added screws in 5th space.
I think most tunings will be G6 or Em but of course I use some others too.
G6 and Em cause my favorite guitarist David Gilmour
