Global performance control

Is there any way to perhaps use the global performance control to turn down all of the amp block levels (not master volume) but the LEVEL parameter across all presets and scenes?

This would be useful to me in order to turn down all presets and scenes at the same time using a single control.

I know I could just turn down the front panel knob to achieve this effectively, but I am struggling with the Fletcher Munson and things seem to be getting louder and louder and instead of dialling into each preset and scene as shaving off a few dB I just wondered if this would save time?

If so, how do I do it?
