Bug? Glitch presets/banks

Hi guys. Faced with such a problem: any presets (or banks) loaded into axe fx 2 turn into something like this:

as a result - presets do not sound. But if these presets/banks open via axe-edit, they are working correctly. Reinstalled the firmware (7; 8.01), banks - did not help. Please help solve the problem.

This thread belongs in the Axe Edit sub forum.

I suggest that you do not use Axe Edit until such time that Fractal says Axe Edit has been fixed.

Does the AxeFXII work normally when you do not use Axe Edit?

No, factory presets in axefx2 crashed, such like on screenshot, even after "restore factory presets" from menu UTILITY.

If the banks were corrupted on the way into the Axe from Axe-Edit and then saved in the unit itself, restoring them from there will just get back the corrupted versions.

I'd recommend reloading the factory banks fresh, then saving them if desired.
