These pickups I purchased used they are out of a 2014 Les Paul Custom. The tape is on them just to prevent the faces from getting scratched they are gold these are actually my favorite pickups for a Les Paul they come with brand new Emerson prewired pot kit with input jack CTS pots and Bumblebee caps. Very easy to wire up plenty of wire left on the pickups. I ended up selling the Les Paul I was going to put them in. The soldering iron is brand new in the box I bought it to install the pickups but I'm not going to need it obviously. $260 shipped F&F or add fees
