G66' service is fantastic

Hi all,
I just want to share and express my gratitude and amazement. I bought 2 Q12A speakers via G66.
First time there was something wrong it was a warranty matter. They fixed it very quickly. I even got replies to mails on a Saturday evening from their Tech guy!
Now I have a simple but annoying problem: the on/off switch doesn't work properly. Despite the fact it is not under warranty anymore I can send it to them and they will fix it free of charge.
they deserve a medal.

I'm really tempted to go for an axe three. This kind of service only makes it harder not to buy...

Yeah, they're really good

Emailed them something yesterday not expecting a response until today, but Sussi emailed me straight back answering my questions
