Fryette 2/90/2 question

Hey guys, I just recently upgraded to a fryette 2/90/2 and I'm a little confused about how I should be hooking everything up. In the axe-fx manual it shows that I should be running both a left and right cable into a stereo poweramp. The fryette is stereo but there is only one input per channel. Should I be running both channels at once then? With a speaker cable running from each channel into the parallel inputs on my cab (vader 4x12)? Sorry if this is a super basic question, but I appreciate any help that can be offered!

Thanks!

I used my 2:90 with 2 212 boogie cabs. I wouldn't have thought that you'd need both channels for a 412 cab.

I didn't think so either. However recently (after I switched to the fryette) I noticed that no sound is coming out of the top and bottom right speakers of my cab. Through my various steps in troubleshooting, I found the graphic in the axe-fx manual depicting that both left and right outputs should be ran into a stereo power amp, so I just figured I'd ask.
