Fractal-Bot 3.00.10 fails to backup "System + FC" from an FM3 with "Message Timeout" error message

I have just tried to backup my FM3 using the latest version of Fractal-Bot (v3.00.10). Presets backed up successfully but "System + FC" fails with "Message Timeout". It looks like Fractal-Bot retries 4 times, with each attempt getting about 70-80% through the progress bar. It works fine using Fractal-Bot v3.00.8.

My system details are:
Windows 10 Pro v20H2 build 19042.1237
FM3 firmware 4.01

Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem, maybe worse. Fractal-Bot gives a timeout error when trying to do either a upload or a download. But Fractal-Bot progress bar never actually starts to move.

My system:
Mac macOS Big Sur 11.6
FM3-Edit 1.05.02
FM3 firmware 4.00

I've used many earlier version of Fractal-Bot and FM3-Edit without any problems.

UPDATE: I reset everything, including my iMac and Fractal-Bot started working. No idea why that fixed it, but always worth a try!

Try pulling up an empty preset before using Fractal Bot. If you have a high CPU preset loaded, it can affect Fractal Bot's performance and cause issues.
