FM9 Update

I'm having an issue updating the FM9 to the new Beta. As soon as I start the upload, it will pop up a window that there was no response from the unit and that I need to make sure it's powered on. The FM9 will show about .7% complete and I have to turn it off and restart to get back to a usable state. Any suggestions?

Don’t open Fractal-Bot and FM9-Edit at the same time.

Close edit and use the stand alone Bot, or close Bot and use the built-in Bot within Edit from the tools menu.

I've tried that. Getting the same issue.

Might try swapping the USB cable. Or just re-seating the USB cable on both ends.

Also, last ditch, try powering off the unit, recycling the PC/Mac, login and try again.
