Hi Folks,
New user here, besides just setting the volume of youtube's volume playback what's the best setting on the FM9 to balance this volume. for instance, on the Kemper Rack one can easily adjust this via the front panel knob labeled rig volume. What would be the equivalent on the FM9? Basically just using this setup to play along with songs on youtube. Thanks in advance.

I/O menu > USB/AES page. Those input levels are for the digital signals coming back to the FM9 from your computer. USB 1/2 should be the audio playback from your computer via USB.

The strategy you need to use for this isn’t exactly covered in the manual, but you’ll find a discussion of this topic in the recording guide, which you’ll find in the daw and recording section of this forum.

You could run the YT vid through a compressor/limiter to let you set volume once and forget about it.

If you put the USB block into a compressor you could set the compressor input as the guitar chain and use it as a ducker on the YouTube audio to help you cut through
