I have my newly set up FM9 in my studio but I also take it out for gigging. I like to have cables that stay in the studio and duplicate cables in my gig bag so that its easier taking the FM9 in and out.
The power cord that came with the FM9 is about 8 feet. For the studio it would be better if it were 10 feet for how I have the cables routed. I work in IT and at the office I have a computer power cord that is 10 feet. Is it a good idea to use this or should I only stick with the one that came with the FM9?
