FM9 compatible with Axe III

Have a preset I sent someone. The preset has a scene with a filter block for a Qtron effect. He said everything works except that particular scene. He gets no sound except a low rumble. I checked his screenshots and the amp block, filter block, and Controllers menu parameters check out. Any idea what the next step would be to troubleshoot?

Here's the preset. Go to Scene 5. That's the one I'm having trouble with. Works just fine on my FM9 Turbo.

There appears to be a conversion bug dealing with the modifiers. In particular the 'Scale 1' parameter in all of the Edit Modifier' windows. They all converted at 0%, when they should be 100% (see screenshot). Change them back to 100% and you should be good to go.
