FM3 + Lexicon MPX R1 midi controller HELP

So since I still have my old rack gear with me I want to use the Lexicon MPX R1 midi controller with the FM3 and so far I'm able to bypass an effect but I wish to know if when I change scene the bypass status can be update in the R1 too. I guess so far I'm only sending information from the R1 to the FM3 but I also have to send info back to the R1, how do I do that?

I also would like to be able to change scenes and is the pedal too so I can take full use of the bottoms available in the R1.

The controller would need to support bi-directional communication with the Axe Fx and "know" how to understand it...
