Got lucky and found 2 JBL E 120 in excellent condition. I got one from on state and the other one from another. They'll be going into Lopo 2 x 12 cab(I hope they're good) My other JBL comes this week and the cabinet next week. I tried one and it sounds great, they're bright and clean. I'll report how they sound once I load them both into the cabinet. I also got a new Carvin 4 x 12 cab with their crappy speakers(I'll tossed them out or sell them) because the price was $299 and I've been checking around for Empty 4 x 12 and they're so expensive. I loaded them with Celestion V30 and it sounds fine. Compared to my Mesa Recto cabinet, the Mesa has more bass, but is a bigger cabinet. The Carvin sounds tighter with a bit more treble. and is build well. The cables and back panels look more "together" than the Mesa.`
