FC-12 tuner switch behavior

Hello everyone. When I access the tuner via front panel, the appropriate switch lights up on the fc-12, however the tuner doesn't show up on the fc-12 screen. I have to press the footswitch to get the tuner screen on the FC to show up. This doesn't happen if I change scenes via front panel. The FC 12 screen and LEDs follow the scene changes even if they're changed via front panel.
Can anyone else confirm this behavior?
