@JTI - Not an absolute "no".

Assuming the Helix Native allows midi control, you could use it in conjunction with your Fractal device (Axe Fx, FM9, FM3) by utilizing Control Switch Midi and/or the Scene Midi block.

You can't use only the FC-12 because it's not a standalone controller. Without an attached Fractal device, it's only good as a doorstop or a blunt instrument

Yes. But that frustration juice would not be anywhere near the squeeze imo. Provided there was an Axd involved and not just the FC.

You would also need a 3rd party MIDI interface to capture the Scene MIDI or CS MIDI output for use in your DAW or plugins. Internally generated MIDI messages are not sent via MIDI over USB on new generation Fractal gear.

The OP never mentioned another Fractal device, so in that case, that's gonna be a big fat "no".......

If using the midi out of a Fractal device, all it would take is a midi to USB cable ($22).

Yep. I use a cheap one from Amazon for my MIDI keyboard.
