FS FC-12 for FC-6 + cash swap

Hi all - I have an FC-12 that is probably a bit overkill for my intended usage so I'm looking to trade for an FC-6 plus some cash to make up the price difference. Would prefer to do something face to face/local (within reasonable distance/drive time ~60 min of Doylestown PA) if possible. Will consider shipping swap if need be.
 
I've been thinking about that - likely a net cash spread to me in the $160 ballpark since the new price difference is $200. Open to offers however
