FC-12 Bank size in perform 1

Hi, I am wondering if there is a way to configure my FC 12 so that when it is in layout #1 'presets" it still utilizes a bank of "10" and shows all 10 presets with the bank up and down on the right BUT, when I go into layout #7 "perform 1" it changes to a bank size "4"? Right now in Layout #7 the presets show at the top as a quantity of four but when you hit bank up, it jumps by 10 with a gap.

Hi Derek,

The only way to do that is to manually change bank size from 10 to 4.

Before you do this, however, recognize that Bank Size changes can change the settings of switches set to PRESET: SELECT IN BANK. Any switch set outside of the range of the current Bank Size will have its value lowered to a "legal" setting. So, if you change Bank Size from 10 to 4 and then BACK again, you'll need to adjust layout 1 (or restore it from a backup). I reported the above gotchya to the FC firmware engineer who will look at making this when time permits.
