FC-12 3 Bottom Right Buttons Not Working

The 3 buttons on the bottom right of my FC-12 randomly stopped working tonight. At first the color rings for the three buttons would light up according to the patch I was on, after a bit the bottom right button just started mirroring what the top right button was doing (tap tempo). I went through my FC presets menu in Axe-Edit and everything there shows as normal. I even swapped positions on some of the buttons to see what happened and the bottom three remained lit up but not functional as well as mirroring the button above. I've swapped out cables and updated to the latest firmware (this occurred before I updated so I updated to see if that resolved the issue). Not sure if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this. Seems like this has been an ongoing issue for some time based on other forums I've seen but I haven't come across a solid fix for it. Thanks!
 
Probably a loose ribbon cable inside. The switches are physically split into sets of 3 switches.

If you're comfortable, pop it open.

If not, contact Fractal support.
