Volume on the MFC 101 for the moment.. i understand that the strymon pedals like the 25 k pedals.. so im just looking to be able to use this elsewhere possibly down the road
Both will work equally well with Fractal gear. Actual pot value doesn't really matter much as long as it is within the spec'd 10k to 100k range. The EP-25K also has a dual gang pot that gives more options for possible mods, but it does cost a bit more.
