Export/Import FM9 IR to Cab Lab

Hello. I am wanting to experiment with the new smoothing feature in Cab Lab, but the IR I am currently using is stuck in my FM9 - Legacy #95 2x12 SUPREMO MIX

Is there a way to import this IR into Cab Lab?
 
I would also like to ask - what, if anything, is the smoothing parameter akin to in the real world? I'm just now messing with it and really love the way it...well, smooths the sound of the IR!
