Exit Perform mode at FM3

Had some time to do the PERFORM layout tutorial on page 103, with preset 382.
Very helpful.

Question though, once I was done......I wanted to escape this mode AT the FM3, back to Scenes mode. Per the tutorial the middle button in PERFORM mode does not have Hold MLM available. I could not figure out how to exit this mode aft the FM3

I simply selected Scenes in FM3 Edit, fixed....but that won't help me live. Anyone know the "Exit" button at FM3 from Preset mode is ? Probably very easy :) Exit did not work.

Hi Teddis
add a layout link on switch 2 hold
to the MLM

my perform screen has 2 layout links
hold on switch 1 goes to the effects layout
hold on switch 2 load MLM
 
Just keep in mind you aren’t changing “modes”. They aren’t permanently set or anything like that. They are Layouts that you can adjust to be anything you want.

I ran into similar when i got to my effects layout
i called my Perform layout HOME
because its easy
its fun to go out and explore other layouts but you always need to come HOME
so no matter the layout except in the perform layout ,my HOLD on
switch one is set up to take me HOME

i don’t have to think or remember anything because its always in the same place
