When I was waiting my Axe-FxII I was near to adopt some religion just to have someone to pray that the carrier would not crunch my unit. I receive goods from various carriers, no problems with UPS, but probably because is the less frequent carrier for my purchases. The problem is the human chain beetween the seller and the customer: they are just workers, someone is good, someone is bad, o that day he was tired, he broke up with his girlfriend and so on... the important thing is: check the package BEFORE accept it.
