Exactly what kind of USB cable…

This is a very basic question - to wit exactly what kind of USB cable/adapter do I need to connect to the back panel of our beloved device.
I do not recall seeing a USB socket such as this.

USB-B (axe side) to USB whatever your computer has. Look at the owners manual diagrams for more.
