Bug? ERROR 14???????????????????

ok so i decided to update my mfc using this guys instructions

i used the midi os x to send the sysex file but it froze around 8% and i was forced to restaart the mfc
after that it says error 14 and cannot do anything else

It should still be able to go into firmware update mode, so just try sending the firmware again. Perhaps download the zip file from the server again to make sure it wasn't corrupted on the way down. Also try increasing the delay between buffers settings to make things easier on it (it'll be slower, but might be necessary).

i just did that, i changed the delay setting and there was no problem
it updated succesfully

Lower the buffer size on MidiOx to 128/16 and it should be fine.
