Wish Dyna-Cab's Position and Distance To Perform Page

Yep, allow the Dyna-Cab's Position and Distance parameters to be inserted on the Perform Page.

It was mentioned elsewhere (maybe FM9) that they don't (yet).

Yeah looks like they won't add in Axe Edit either. Level and Pan for each cab can be added, but not position and distance.
