How is everyone handling this?
For example, If the song is Down 1/2 or 1 step (all), are you using the Pitch function to drop it to the equivalent sound, then doing a tone match? Will the local sound part of Tone Match utilize only the Pitch Axe effects, or can it utilize actual on guitar down tuning? After you have a tone match block with down tuned sound, can you keep your guitar a standard tuning?
For Drop D, I'm assuming you can only do that on the guitar. If it's possible to not actually tune the guitar up and down, that would be huge. Thanks for your comments and expertise.
