Dominic Miller chorus/swell (Soul Cages)

How to get this sound ? (chorus effect starts at 43s.) Does anybody have a preset a little bit similar to this ? any tips would be greatly appreciated.

 
I suspect that's 2 guitar parts just from a quick listen on my iPad.

I hear 1 that's arpeggiated with chorus and another that's a swell with a big reverb (look at the "cloud" Reverbs on the Axe Fx III).
