Not a Bug Distorted Delay & Reverb Tails

Hi all, I last owned an Axe Fx 2 a good few years back so I'm glad to come back to the fractal family with this new software. Unfortunately when I engage the delay block the tails are always distorted pretty much rendering the delay block useless to me. Otherthan that everything else seems fine. I have calibrated my input signal so not sure what's going on. Any ideas before I use support?

This doesn't sound right but I imagine it could happen if, for instance, if you used an analog delay after an amp whose Level was cranked way up.

If you export a preset and attach it here we can take a look.

Thanks for the quick reply. Good news, it wasn't a bug after all. The issue was not just in the delay block; it was in the reverb and modulation blocks as well. I uninstalled and reinstalled my audio driver and the ICON software, and it appears to have resolved the issue.

Oh no, my problem is back again. If you read my initial post you will see that I was getting a digital noise/distortion when using the delay and reverb blocks and some modulation effects. I fixed it by reinstalling the software and reinstalling my prism Lyra audio driver. It went away and although I've struggled with CPU I was enjoying using Fullerton.

Unfortunately the issue is back and frustratingly won't go away even if I reinstall everything. I've literally tried everything. I do like reverb and delay but for now I can't use it anymore.

Any ideas what could be causing this before I get help from support?

I'll post a video when I get round to it demonstrating the issue.
