Control Switch status not saved at Scene level

I use a CS applied to Filter to Mute/Unmute my parallel chain of FX blocks. I assigned the CS to a button on the FC-12. My problem is that if I set Scene 1 to have the switch Off, save the preset switch to Scene 2, set the CS to On, save the reset. Then when switching back and forth between thew two scenes, the FC-12 does NOT recall the switch to its correct on or off status as saved in the preset.

That's not how they work.

See CS Per Scene in the editor where you can set the state for each scene to ON, OFF or Last.
