Connecting two pairs of headphones to FM9

On the FM9 Turbo can I connect two (2) sets of headphones simply using a Y connector I have laying around- or do I need a headphone amplifier? I am not seeking loud volumes at all.

I do however still want to retain high quality sound. I suppose it is possible to also connect an output 3 block and use the L/R output of 3 to drive the phones- not sure if it would then only be mono. The goal is to have two people playing (2 guitars) and listening together all within the FM9. Might have some backing tracks going as well.

I also have an older analog mixer laying around- not sure if I should or need to incorporate that into the mix.

Thanks.

I think unless they are identical headphones that might not work well.

If they have different impedance then the levels will be different between them.

Probably better to use headphones output for one and use the output L/R from Output 3 into an adapter like this:
