I am a user who so far only uses Axe FX without any pedals, for USB recordings. I do use Axe EDIT and hook it up to PA systems the times I've played live.
Since the built in Synth module in Axe FX II is not the best, I bought Meris Enzo as a nice complement.
Question: How do I connect it to Axe FX in the best way?
Right now I connect my guitar to the input of the Meris Enzo, and then the Left Output of the Meris Enzo to the INSTR input of the Axe FX. The pedal sounds good when doing this, but I guess this is far from optimal. Using an empty preset.
I guess if I want to combine the pedal with and amp and a cab lets say, a clean tone, the Enzo should not be "first" in the chain, as it is know.
At the back of the Axe FX II I have Input 1, and Input 2 (FX Return), The outputs of the Meris Enzo is L, R and it says Line/Synth level underneath.
Could I somehow connect the Meris Enzo as an input, or what is the optimal way?
