How does one go about this delicate business? I've had a reactor for about 120 days. I'm not having much luck contacting Tom/Atomic and I've got a really loud buzzing sound from my Reactor that came on suddenly. I was hoping to swap out the 12AX7 just to see if that clears things up. I know the power tubes are biased, and I dont have another set of them around anyway. They are something like $40-50 a pair. There aren't any manuals that talk about servicing these things, and I cant get the cage holding the tubes out (i.e. so I can get to them). Has anyone else opened these up?
