Can the FM3 Record DIs?

I've been thinking of getting an FM3. Is there a way that I could send an amp signal to one output and a DI to another, or would I need to get a separate DI box?
 
The FM3 has an OutPut 1 with XLR and Output2 with 1/4 cable. Each have a separate volume control.

Just route your FM3 signal chain with Out1 and Out2 blocks.
 
You’d have to run into the input block and then out to output 2. The rest of the chain would go to output 1. So only the input block affecting the guitar signal. I haven’t tried it but seems like it would be close enough.
 
If you record via USB, you can set USB outputs 3 and 4 for capturing a DI directly. Otherwise you can split it between the two outputs like mentioned above, or if you only need mono wet and DI signals, you can also split and pan on the grid accordingly and send both through 1 stereo output.
