can someone help me with my i/o settings?

i messed around with them trying to get this focusrite vrm thing working and now i get no sound when i play audio from my daw. on top of it.. i get bad reverbish delay from my guitar when i play. hoping these descriptions and a screenshot of my settings can help you help me get back on track? i have rehearsals in 20 minutes : [

edit: the daw is fine. not sure whats up with the verb.

welp got it working fudging with the stuff. phew. sorry for the panicky post, guys. i need to stay away from this section without the manual in hand!

very strange... the guitar will be fine one minute.. and the next it gets this weird double play/reverb effect
