Can Midi Controllers Jump To a Preset?

I've never owned a midi controller, I'm just wondering with the Axe, can any Midi controllers simply jump to a numbered preset?
I.e. jump to 127 from 44, instead of just up and down by intervals of 1.

I'm considering the FCB1010 w/ the Uno because it seems like the best solution for the price...can it do this? ..with or without the Uno firmware?

Yes - that is the least of what most midi controllers (including the FCB1010) can do. The FCB1010 w/Uno is a great deal for the price and a great starter kit for MIDI floor control.
