Ok! I am using an Axe FX Ultra and I have an Electro-Voice ZLX 12P as a powered monitor (only one) I want to buy some cables to use them together. I would like to know what is the best option of connexions for my needs. I need to buy my instrument cable and the cable which will link the axe output to the powered speaker... this speaker has a combo XLR and Jack 1/4 connexion... My question is; Am I better to use XLR or TS Jack? I am also willing to be able to record to my PC and being able to connect with axe-edit, eventually, I've bought a simple MIDI to USB cable but it seems like the axe doesn't recognize the midi... What would be the the options I should be looking at? I am a bit noob in this whole thing. Its all new to me, to be honest. So I need a bit of guidance.
