Next on my design list is a cable set up for the SP-1 with the Axe with two plugs on each end, one TRS for pedal and one TS for switch. I could do say a 25' for going from pedal back to Axe, and a 2' patch cable for connecting the pedal to a MIDI controller with two jacks such as Liquid Foot. I though right angle on one end an straight on the other to give a choice. The cable will likely have to be a side by side design, that is to say two insulated cables that are sealed to together side by side at the insulation. Having all the conductors in a single insulator and breaking out at the ends requires special manufacturing techniques that are likely going to be too expensive for a small scale. Even side by side is not cheap. A 25' cable would likely work out around $55 - $60 with good quality Neutrik or Switchcraft all metal plugs. Would you guys be interested? Any advice or special requirements welcome.
