Bug? Bug? Retrieve effects and amps blocks

In the preset list (after pressing F1) there's a 'Retrieve' tab. When does retrieve work? It seems only blocks from non-factory presets can be retrieved. Try to retrieve a Rotary block from preset 3-3. Message 'Effect not found'. To me it's a bug.

Worked fine in my Axe-Fxs.
