I was experimenting with a way to use my expression pedal as a volume control without using a Volume block on the AM4 and was pleased to see that in Setup>Remote, there are a number of options that can be assigned to CC# or Pedal 1 or 2. I found that by assigning Pedal 1 to Input Volume, I was able to get a volume pedal type affect with my expression pedal. It's taper is much more pleasant than my actual analog volume pedal.
However, if I enter Setup in AM4-Edit, and my expression pedal is down (off), the Input volume/pedal assignment becomes inactive (full input volume) unless I move the expression pedal again. I find this to be a problem and just want to confirm with someone that it shouldn't do that.
