Best Midi interface between Macbook and Fractal Axe Fx Ultra

Hi,

I know this has been covered several times, but I cannot seem to get a straight answer for Mac users (a lot of threads are about PC users having problems). My Axe Fx Ultra is on the way and I would like to have the right Midi interface to (1) load future updates, (2) backup presets I like on my laptop and (3) load cool patches from users through the Fractal website.

Here is the one I was thinking about:
M-Audio Midisport 2x2 Anniversary Edition USB MIDI Interface, 69.99 at Guitar Center

I am looking for something affordable, yet durable and compatible between a MacBook and the Fractal.

Would it work? Any alternative that you would think of: No need for something super fancy with tons of Midi capabilities. I just need something easy, clean and simple to make the Fractal work on my laptop.

People say nice things about the MidiSport.

I've had near zero issues with the Cakewalk UM-1G. No drivers required. Just plug and use. I've used it with the AxeFx and my iMac running 10.5.x and now the latest 10.6.x version of OS X.
