Hello! I was wondering, how does a bass guitar behave if you were to set up a chain where you are running through an amp and cab through Output 1 and a clean DI out of Output 2? Is there any latency/phase issues to worry about? I can't quite tell; it seems to sound nice, but thought I'd ask.
My chain is this:
Input 1 > Volume > ----- Drive 1 > -------------------- Amp 1 >>> Cab 1 > Comp 1 > M-Comp 1 > Out 1 (amp tone)
\ \ -------- Drive 2 > Amp 2 >> /
\ > Comp 2 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Out 2 (Clean DI w/ compression)
Amps and drives switch per scene; only one amp gets used at a time.
