Good morning ,
after several tries I can't fix it

I would like to know if it was possible to have a backing track in out 1 and out 2 (from MAC)

I manage to adjust in such a way that the out 1 Guitar+backing, but for the most practical balances

do you know how to do it on the front of the axe FX?

Thanks a lot

Yes. You can play a backing track from your Mac and have it play on either out 1 or out 2 and control the volume from the physical output knobs. If guitar and backing are both set to output 1, you will have to use the Music apps volume control to adjust the volume level mix between the guitar and backing track.

To play both out of output 1:

1. Connect laptop to unit with usb chord
2. Open the Mac’s volume control settings and select fx3 as the output instead of Mac speakers
3. Open axeedit
4. Click “setup” button
5. Select “audio” page
6. At the bottom under “DIGITAL I/O” set USB output mapping to “1/2 -> Out1, 3/4 > out 2”

Or using outs 1 and 2:
If you want guitar on out 1 and backing track on out 2 so you can control level mix with front panel knobs, simply go to step 6 above and set the USB Output Mapping to the other setting: “1/2 -> OUT2…”

Edit: of course for this option you’d need some type of speaker connected to both outs 1 and 2.
