Bug? Axe fx 2 Fw.9.02 wah block,on presets..sometimes on

Hi.
Axe fx 2 Fw.9.02 wah block,on presets..sometimes on.
when i did not save the preset,with the wah block engage.

Any one else,see this on there axe fx 2,with fw 9.02.
I had it happen on FW 9.01b also.. strange!

Is it just me?

edit: i have on pedal in the mfc-101
 
Actually I've been seeing this since 8.0 It's very strange and random.

Edit: I forgot to say that it was on patches that were at 92% cpu usage or above. After I reduced the load the problem went away.
 
Yeah that's a little different the the problem I was having. My Axe would just randomly switch on the wah when I jumped to certain patches.

You might try copying it to a different location. If that doesn't work then try building the patch from scratch at a different patch number. Sometimes patches get corrupted it seems.

I think i expirienced this as well,but i'm not sure if it was my own fault or it was the bug on the AXE. I thought i accidentally saved it with volume incr foostwitch.

This happend on V.9 factory presets as well
So i guess it`s a bug.
